Who is Orisha Rè?

Y’ all, I’m Orisha Re’ from FearLess Rèvolution.

I am a Health and Wellness Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I also promote Neuro-Linguistic Programming which fosters transformative thinking.

The foremost thought that I constantly have is the commitment to help feminine souls love and care about their bodies again by adopting healthy habits. To help women professionals find joy in everyday fitness and wellness. Primarily, my goal is to help women just like me overcome the difficulties and challenges that I went through in the past.

Let me tell you that I understand from personal experience how it’s like to be in pain, be discouraged, not know exactly how to achieve my goals and not have the motivation. I put my health last and put my career ahead. I stopped dancing and moving around. Eventually, I gained an excessive amount of weight, broke my ankle and I underwent surgery on my foot.

Yes, once upon a time, I wasn’t comfortable with my body and I told myself many stories about not having enough time to exercise or I’ll start tomorrow and together with all the excuses, I could think of just not to exercise.

Then one day, it hit me and I realized that the time is NOW! I invested time and took good care of myself. I began drastic changes. I began to exercise and change what I was eating. But don’t get me wrong, I have not given up on my Tito’s and dark chocolates. I just made it a point to increase my nutritious meals to replace most of the bad things I have been eating.

I finally recognized a flexible healthy nutrition and wellness program that I offer that worked for me and I now share with people who are experiencing the same frustrations and want to make big changes.

Most American women do not have the time to take care of themselves. Well, like me your day is so full of things to do, that at the end of the day you end up feeling tired and discouraged. This is the reason why I need you to have a healthy lifestyle.

Let me ask you, how would you like to make a shift from your sedentary lifestyle and feel energized and healthy now? All you need to do is take the first step. Staying healthy is not always easy but there’s always someone to help and can be a lot of fun. You might find yourself in a place where you want to quit and stop being healthy and go back to your old habits.

Do not be afraid to take on any challenge in maintaining your health. It is far more important to take care of yourself. Reframe your mindset and try to look at all the positive changes that will arise or happen from getting back into shape and staying fit and healthy. By doing all this I’m sure it will make a good impact on your overall well-being.
