Join us at 8:00 am Every 4th Saturday of the Month - Fearlessly Strong Dance Cardio Party. Join the dance cardio party right from your own home or anywhere on the go. Grab a towel and let's groove for 45 minutes of heart-popping and feet-moving music. Equipment: Knee pads (optional) May use flashing lights

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. No show - 15 minutes after class has started. Payments are non-refundable.  Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class can be used as credit. Class reschedule requests within 72-24 hours before class is subject to a $5 reschedule fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are a complete loss.
