Introducing Animal Flow: Level 1 Certified Instructor

In this 45min - 1 hour class, you will ease into becoming comfortable on your hands & feet, as you learn to navigate your body across the floor.  Combing elements of Yoga, Capoeria, and Break Dancing these moves can be used as stand-alone exercises or used to flow together which gives you a phenomenal workout.   

  • This will improve your range of motion and coordination

  • Increase your power, endurance, and speed

  • Increase your flexibility, mobility, and stability

  • All fitness levels

  • No equipment needed

  • *Animal Flow classes/training only held in person

What is a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES):

Corrective Exercise is one of the foundational pieces of a comprehensive exercise program and a key to preventing injuries.

Regardless of your athletic ability or fitness level, almost every person has some degree of imbalances and movement dysfunction, leading to issues with your posture, balance, and total body coordination. These imbalances and compensations can lead to decreased flexibility or lack of core and joint stability. 


Your personalized corrective exercise program will consist of 

  • In-person or virtual 1-on-1 Training

  • Inhibiting exercises such as foam rolling which prepares the muscles and activates the nervous system

  • Static stretching which increases flexibility

  • Isolated strengthening exercises &

  • Dynamic movement

  • All fitness levels

  • May use equipment 

  • 50min - 1hr

  • *Initial assessment must be done in person.  Location TBD

  • *Animal Flow classes/training only held in person

There is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic), and acquired behavioral patterns (programming), and these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.  

  • We will cover topics such as functional medicine, joy and self-care, healthy cooking &* budgeting, and how nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall wellness. 

  • Gut health and digestive issues and the role of the elimination diet, inflammation and anti-inflammatory eating, stress management, and dietary choices.

  • We will find techniques to nourish the areas of your life that feed your soul such as fostering positive relationships, having a fulfilling career, and finding joy and purpose.

  • The integration of all dimensions of your well-being to create true health and happiness.

  • Meet twice per month for 45-minute virtual/in-person coaching sessions.

In NYC we are HERE.  Classes are offered in studio, online, and in your home.  Please contact the office for scheduling.  

Getting Started

Different programs have different difficulty levels and it's important to choose the right program for your current fitness level/goals. You can access the list of programs on my training program page, and find a program that suits you best.

Who Can Take Class?

Anyone over the age of 18.  

Some classes focus on a form of Calisthenics or Body Weight exercises

What do I Need in my Online Class?

Lighting is so important.  We don't think about it much but I need to be able to see you clearly. 

A large enough screen to be able to see ME clearly.  I don't want you to miss any movement.

Can I Loose Weight?

Burning fat overall in general is a goal. This can be done through resistance/strength training, cardio, or a combination of both. Targeted workouts help with strengthening and toning the muscles in a specific area, helping you to appear more toned.

What Can I Do to See Results?

This depends entirely on the results you are seeking. In general, working out is just half the battle. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including exercise and a healthy FUN diet will:

  • Increase weight lose

  • Increase energy 

  • Increase libido &

  • Stamina & 

  • Make you feel GREAT!

Why am I not Seeing Results?

Bio-individuality.  Everyone's body is different, some may see results faster and some slower. There is really no such thing as "quick results".  Instead of short-term results, it is important to stay consistent with the new habits you're forming. Over-exercising and under-eating are not often discussed but are often the reason why progress stalls - remember, we want to find sustainability in our habits.  This is the exciting part!

If you're looking to explore your sensuality and find new ways of moving and feeling, our fearlessly sexy dance class is a great way to start.

In this class, you'll learn how to:

  • Express yourself through movement

  • Connect with your body in a more meaningful way.

  • Learn to slow down and make each movement an event

  • No experience is necessary, so everyone is welcome.

  • Most classes are 45min - 1 hour 

  • Group public and online classes

What is Dance to the Beat?

Looking for a FUN and challenging cardio workout?  Let's groove to dance hits with simple, easy, and fun moves. 

In this class you will:

How Long are Group Classes or Personal Training Sessions?

In person and Online group classes are 45min - 1 hour

Personal Training Sessions are 50min - 1 hour

How Much Room do I Need in my Home for Online Classes?

Not that much, as long you can stand up or move around on the floor without smacking into furniture, it should be okay. Hardwood flooring or similar surfaces are best, but low pile carpets are OK too.
