The Fearless Re’volution Stretch, Lengthen, and Strength Program (SLSP) is a new beginner training program that is going to reset, reactivate & reignite that missing spark of motivation needed to get you on your fitness journey.

There are many obstacles that can block our motivation to seek and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Personal & career obligations, dietary concerns, feeling of bloating and sluggishness, lack of adequate digestion, maybe a little fear, and most of all pain. Many of us suffer from pain every day but live with it. I did!! I have five herniated disks.


Pain can come from imbalances that have occurred over time. Foot & ankle injuries, lower back pain, knee & shoulder injuries are common in today’s world. These may have occurred from past or current sports activities, an accident, or repetitive movements. Many of us lead a sedentary lifestyle. We are sitting more and more every day due to the advances in technology. Do you find that you are having more headaches or migraines? Are you have trouble standing after long periods of time sitting or pain while walking? This is all due to congestion and tension in your myofascial tissue that has created tightness of specific muscles and the underuse of others, hence causing imbalances.


Myofascial tissue is the connective tissue in and around the muscles & tendons. Over time this tissue can be injured or overstretched which can cause a buildup of scar tissue causing tension and tightness around the muscles. This in turn will cause pain in those areas.

What is Myofascial Release?


Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue to break up congestion, reduce/eliminate pain and restore mobility. Gentle pressure applied slowly will allow the fascia to elongate.



Myofascial tissue is the connective tissue in and around the muscles & tendons. Think of fascia as the sausage casing surrounding every muscle fiber, every organ, every nerve fiber, every bone in the human body. Think of the almost see-through layer of tissue coating your chicken breasts. That's fascia. Within the muscle, fascia tissue exists in multiple layers. It wraps around every individual muscle fiber or cell. Then, it wraps around bundles of muscle fibers, called fasciculi. Lastly, it wraps around the entire muscle body. Together, these layers of fascia tissue, apart from helping to give muscle its shape, attach to tendons and bones to help you pull, push, squat, run, bike, whatever it is you want to do.
