The Root of It
Friday Evening • June 12
A pelvic floor and sensual movement class designed to help women reconnect with confidence, presence, softness, and embodied power. Through guided movement, breath, and body awareness, participants are invited to reconnect with the body’s root in a supportive communal environment.
