IN SERVICE & IN SPACE

A living portfolio of collaboration, cultural care, and community contribution.

This work is sacred.

My work lives beyond movement instruction—it lives in the way I hold space for others, support fellow women on their rise, and give back to the communities that pour into me.

Below are a few ways I’ve been honored to contribute, host, and serve—both inside and beyond the studio.

HELD AT THE FEARLESS STUDIO

Supporting a Rising Voice in Wellness

In the summer of 2025, Fearless Re’volution Studio had the honor of hosting Maisha Haus—a blossoming wellness brand founded by the radiant Monique Brewster—for an intimate, gentle yoga session. Monique, a newly certified yoga instructor, brought her community together for her very first public offering.

While this was not my event, I was honored to open the studio doors and support her behind the scenes as she stepped into this powerful new chapter. The room was soft, the energy grounded, and the movement nourishing. It was a beautiful reminder of how transformative it is when women come together to create healing spaces.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

The Women’s Salon: A Gathering in Sisterhood

In the spring of 2025, in collaboration with Judith Franklin and Anissa Felix, I co-hosted the inaugural Women’s Salon—an evening of connection, celebration, and real sisterhood held at Greene Moments Studio in Brooklyn.

This wasn’t a workshop or a networking event, and there was nothing to sell. It was a genuine space for women to come together—to share stories, spark meaningful conversations, and leave with new connections rooted in truth and joy.

We gathered in honor of the New Woman—the bold, curious, ever-evolving version of ourselves—and the magic that unfolds when we’re in rooms that remind us we’re not alone.

It wasn’t a performance—it was a calling in. The energy was soft but powerful, grounded yet expansive. No agenda. Just alignment.

Events like this are a reminder of what’s possible when women come together in service of growth, sisterhood, and being seen.

Self-Care Saturday

Held in the lush serenity of the Koi Garden at Life Wellness Center, the Self-Care Saturday Creator Meetup—hosted by the radiant Tiffany Channel Knighten, founder of Brand Curators, myself, and TheSkincareBarbie—was a breath of fresh air for content creators, wellness lovers, and intentional women carving out space for real self-care.

The afternoon was curated as a mini-retreat, complete with gifted must-haves from beloved brands, mocktails, light bites, and easeful connection. I was honored to lead a guided movement session, inviting attendees to ground themselves through gentle breath, flowing movement, and full-body presence.

There’s something uniquely powerful about gathering with women who give so much of themselves—to their work, their art, and their communities. This event created a soft, nurturing container to slow down, connect, and pour that same energy back into ourselves. Surrounded by sisterhood, beauty, and aligned intention, we moved, we breathed, and we exhaled.
