ORISHA RÈ, NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stretching & Flexibility Coach and Menopause Coach with formal training in multiple dance genres, guides embodied movement practices that reconnect intentional women to their sensual power and inner wisdom. Through movement that honors the body's intelligence, she creates pathways for women to experience freedom, pleasure, and authentic self-expression—transforming their relationship with their bodies from punishment to power.
