Service Description
These sessions are designed to: Perfect between your regular 50-minute sessions • Support joint health, mobility, and circulation • Reduce daily tension from desk work, training, or stress • Improve posture, range of motion, and recovery • Help your nervous system settle and recalibrate • Build sustainable body awareness — not forced flexibility Please note: These sessions are assisted stretching — not massage or bodywork.
Cancellation Policy
General Policy & Procedures PAYMENT Full payment is due 3 days before your class. Late payments incur a 10% daily fee and risk cancellation. TIMING & ARRIVAL Rooms are reserved for your allotted time only — class ends on time regardless of arrival, so arrive changed and ready to start. Pushing your start time back 30–60 min requires a new deposit or reschedule fee (subject to availability). If your instructor's door is closed, wait in the hallway until your start time. Day-of issues: text/call your instructor directly at 347-740-4340 (not the studio line). CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING Changing your guest count into a different pricing group must be emailed 4+ days before your event. Within 3 days: downgrades aren't permitted; upgrades are charged to your card on file plus a $25 surcharge. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancel 72+ hours ahead: non-refundable, but credited toward another booking within 3 months. Cancel/change within 72–24 hrs: $75 reschedule fee (60-min) or $125 (90-min). Same-day changes: subject to availability + fee. Same-day cancellations: full loss, no credit. FINE PRINT Deposits/payments are non-refundable. Room and instructor are subject to change. WAIVER & SAFETY All attendees sign a waiver at check-in. No excessive drinking. Respect the studio and fellow guests — disruptive behavior won't be tolerated. Filming requires consent from all participants. FOOD & ALCOHOL Midtown West (520 8th Ave): alcohol prohibited — violators asked to leave, no refund. Midtown East (155 E 47th St): food/alcohol welcome in moderation. Hosts are responsible for guests' behavior. CLEANUP Guests must leave the studio as they found it. Remaining garbage/items may result in cleaning fees.
